In addition to our handmade Blind service we also offer Bespoke Luxurious Handmade Curtains, using the finest fabrics, linings and pole and track options available.

Where to use Curtains?

Curtains can be used in most rooms and are not just limited to larger windows.  Visually they can make a window setting appear more substantial and overall give homes more opulence. They can also be designed to suit the period of your property. They can offer warmth, style and can add softness to a window setting. 

Fabric choice.

I have carefully selected a range of high quality fabric collections that make up perfectly into Curtains. From classic to contemporary, I can work with any interior design theme to bring out the best in your home.

We also have an excellent range of Voile Curtain fabrics.

Other options.

Curtains can be made with various heading styles and this choice will dictate which pole or track you require, this also may be decided for you depending on your window type.  I will guide you through the options.  

We offer Handmade Pinch Pleats, Wave & Eyelet headings.  I have many years experience in Curtain design and have many reasons why I prefer some headings over others. Ultimately the proof is in the hanging & dressing.

Tracks & poles.

Specialising in high quality tracks and poles for a perfect fit and finish. Custom fit bay window solutions, arches or apex windows.  I will give my professional advice on the best solutions available.

Tiebacks.

Blindstar stocks many styles of tiebacks to complete your interior design theme.  It's all in the details and accents.

Pelmets.

Our bespoke custom made pelmets are handmade in your chosen fabric and give a more formal look to your window dressing.  I can design from scratch or template to any existing shape like an arch or bay window.

Should you require classic window dressings such as Swags & Tails or valances I'm more than happy to assist you here too.
